March 3, 2018 and the week following.
I am posting this at the beginning of the week and will update as the week goes along.
Last week, was a strange week weather wise as much of this year has been. Tuesday, I was working outdoors at Lollipop farms and wore a T shirt most of the day. Thursday bad weather moved in and we had a foot of snow by morning along with high winds. We are starting this week off around freezing and it will stay that way at least for a few days.

It is Drone day at the Stableca. As you should know by know, I have some shares of two two year olds. I really enjoy the fractional ownership. Training babies is not easy and the Mac Donalds are doing a great job. One of the things they do that I really love is the drone days. For those who have not followed my earlier post let me quickly explain. The horses are divided in sets of 6 to 8 horses. The horse jog together and do a training mile. They are not ready yet for full competition but there is some elements of competition out there. Take a look at this video of King of the Ball wearing the black number 10
I really like the way he moves. He seems more in control than some of the other horses. If you look around the 3:30 mark of the video you can see that he will be fast.
My other 1% foal of 2016 is the filly Kristine K and she is also very impressive. Take a look at her video, wearing the number 6.
And the Racing:
Sally De Vie was back to the track today making her 5th start in 2018.

It was a good race with a respectable time of 1:57 4/5. She might of done a little better if she could of gotten inside towards the finish but that route did not open up for her.
So far for the year, she is 2 wins, 2 seconds and a 4th out of 5 starts. Looks promising.
